Secure BXC System

Your ᗸ BXC (Barter Express Credits) are securely stored in your account. BXC can only be used through our platform for approved items. All transactions are recorded and traceable.

Secure Delivery Management

Platform Handles All Arrangements

Barter Express coordinates all pickups and deliveries on your behalf. You never need to arrange logistics directly or contact other users about delivery.

Professional Courier Partners

We use vetted, insured courier services to handle all item transfers. Every delivery is tracked in real-time so you know exactly where your item is.

Item Insurance

All items in transit are automatically insured through our courier partners. If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, you receive compensation.

Delivery Confirmation

You'll receive notifications at each stage: dispatch, in-transit, and delivery. Confirm receipt in the app to complete your transaction. Disputes can be filed if items don't match descriptions.

Verified BXC

BXC are only awarded after your item is verified and approved. BXC cannot be refunded to external accounts - they can only be used to purchase items on Barter Express.

Transaction Escrow

When you acquire an item, BXC are held securely until you confirm receipt. If there's a dispute, our support team can mediate and adjust BXC if needed.

No Wire Transfers

Barter Express never requires wire transfers, prepayments, or off-platform transactions. All payments are handled through our secure credit system.
